A TRADITION OF SUCCESS DEVELOPING CHAMPIONS OF TOMORROW
HONOLULU SHARKS - ARC SUMMER TOURNAMENT
The Honolulu Sharks - American Roundball Corporation 4th Annual Basketball Tournament was held from June 19th - 21st, 2009 at Manoa Disrict Park, Kaiser High School and Hawaiian Mission Academy. This year's tournament had 16U, 14U and 12U boys divisions and a Varsity Girls Division. The annual tournament draws top teams from the Mainland and Outer Islands. This year's tournament included the Arizona Magic a top rated AAU Club that has produced NBA and University of Arizona star, Jerryd Bayless, new University of Hawaii (and former U of A) player Zane Johnson, and University of Arizona player, Brendon Lavender and Hoop Dreamz a team from Hilo, Hawaii.
Former teams from the Mainland (and outside the country) that have attended the tournament include: Mater Dei High School, Houston Hoops, ARC, and Team Australia.
